Definitions

"Service" means the Trade:Aero marketplace and related features. "User" means any individual or entity accessing the Service. "Seller" means users posting listings.

Use of the Service

You must comply with applicable laws, refrain from misuse, and not interfere with the platform’s operation or other users.

Prohibited Conduct

Do not post unlawful content, infringe IP, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activities under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Listings

Sellers must ensure that listings are accurate, lawful and up to date. We may moderate or remove content that violates policies or law.

Content Rights

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it for operating the Service. You represent you have necessary rights.

Fees and Payments

Certain features may be paid. Prices, billing cycles and taxes will be communicated prior to purchase.

Currency Conversion

TradeAero provides currency conversion as a convenience feature. Exchange rates are sourced from the European Central Bank (ECB) and are updated daily on business days (Monday to Friday) at approximately 17:00 UTC. Converted prices are indicative only and may differ from actual transaction rates. Listings are stored in the seller's original currency; all conversions are for display purposes only. TradeAero does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange rate data and accepts no liability for any discrepancies between displayed converted prices and actual transaction amounts. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trade:Aero is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Warranties

The service is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without warranties of any kind except where required by law.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and updates may affect availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may terminate at any time by closing your account.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Trade:Aero, info@trade.aero) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law rules.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be addressed with our support. If unresolved, the courts of Munich, Germany shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in advance where appropriate.
