Frequently asked questions

How long does verification take?

Typically 2-5 business days. The Trade:Aero team reviews every submission manually so the badge actually means something. You'll receive an email at the address on your account the moment a decision is made.

Do brokers see my Proof of Funds document?

No. Brokers see only the Verified Buyer badge and a coarse amount tier (e.g. "POF €1M+"). The actual document stays encrypted with the Trade:Aero review team and is deleted 90 days after the decision.

What if my verification is rejected?

We email the reason. The most common cause is an outdated bank statement (more than 90 days old) or a missing signature on a pre-approval letter. Resubmit anytime once the issue is fixed - there's no cooldown.

Is there a cost for the badge?

The standard Verified tier is free. Platinum (with private-listing access) is a paid tier - we'll show pricing at submission time. No commission on any deal you close, ever.
